Best PSU and CPU Cooler for this build?

I'm looking for a reliable PSU for this build and I don't want it to fail on me and die out in a few months. Basically I need a good PSU that would last me ages. Also, I'm planning to overclock to 4.5ghz so I need a good cpu cooler.

Specs:
Intel i5 4670K
MSI Z87 GD65 Gaming Motherboard
MSI R9 280X Gaming 3GB
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
WESTERN DIGITAL 1TB BLACK 3.5" SATA (WD1002FAEX)
Corsair Vengeance Pro (2x4GB) 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz C9 Memory Kit
Corsair Carbide 300R

COOLERMASTER HYPER 212 PLUS (is this a good cpu cooler for overclocking?)

  1. Reliable PSUs

Seasonic has a great record of PSUs, a premium for the wattage. The base Corsair 750 is still reliable, but also comes in an enthusiast model.

The 212 Evo is pretty good all around and has a decent price. The D14 is super heavy duty and is a premium price.
