my motherboard has hdmi port but my graphic card doesn't have, can I still use hdmi?

If you use the HDMI port from your motherboard, you'll be running the integrated graphics of your motherboard
If your graphics card has a DVI port, you can use a DVI to HDMI adapter so you can use a HDMI cable, but bear in mind that no audio signal will pass through using the adapter
