Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-HD2 Motherboard

ASUS M5A78L-M/U3 Motherboard

Both these monitor has both a VGA port as well as a DVI port.My NVIDIA Graphics card was rubbish and so I scrapped it. My whole purpose of upgrading is to get DUAL MONITOR SUPPORT. One of this is an AM3 and the other a FM2 sock type.

Will these work to get me dual monitors working at the same time. I could not find such info anywhere.

Hard to say if the Asus mobo will support Dual Monitors with just the integrated GPU:
