I recently pulled my first ever build apart to do some cable management and had to replace the thermal paste on the cpu/heatsink when I put it back together, now I have noticed my CPU is running around 2 to 6 degree's hotter then before averaging around 38c/41c rather then the 34c/38c that I was getting before at pretty much 1% load.
Is this due to the Arctic Silver 5 still needing to cure correctly or is it because I didn't apply it properly. Also when using prime95 my temp maxes out at 78c/80c and I am using a H100i CPU Cooler in a CM Storm Enforcer case
