so im having horrible issues running this game. i would like any advice cause i meet more then the recommended specs yet can barely run the game and im out of ideas.

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor
Memory: 16384MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST
Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate Edition

Unfortunately the game is horribly optimized. I have some issues and I have a pretty descent machine. I play on a mix of high/ultra, but in larger battles it lags like crazy =/

Your biggest problem would (I imagine) be the video card.

GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST OC 2gb is all i could afford and it bums me out since i was planing on playing this game non stop

Oh, I imagine that if it were a well put together game you should be able to play it with that card (albeit on medium settings), but the game itself just was rushed out of the gate. There are people who have way better systems than you who still are having trouble even running the game...

Maybe try what I'm doing, leave it for a couple of months and see if the patches resolve some of your issues.

If you're strapped for cash and looking for another game to play, I might suggest DOTA 2. Free game and great! That's about the best I can do for you =/
