here's my problem usually my DVD/RW writer (SH-222) was working properly this morning and then I installed several software for ripping however none of then worked so i uninstall them later
I notice that my DVD writer is int being detected any more

when i consulted device manage its there but it cant be detected. i check its properties and on is it stating " "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" I try almost every thing even Updating it. Uninstalling it. Re installing the driver found on the box but still nothing (except for re installing my computer that not an option no matter what happens please don't answer me with that). oh yeah i forgot i asked the help of a friend and we try'd it on another computer and it worked fine on his.

oh and Im using Windows 7

hope some one can help me here

All you need to do is download ASPI drivers from adaptec and the drive will work fine. So will all the other softwares.

Try deleting the drive from device manager and it will ask if you want to delete the driver too - answer yes.
Reboot and the drive should be redetected and reload a fresh driver for it.

See if that works.
