Cpu cooler ram clearance

Hey, I have realised that some of the larger cpu coolers deny a few slots of ram.
I am wondering whether a cooler master hyper 212 evo will block any ram slots on a msi 78 g43?
This is due to me already having 4 sticks of ram (patriot intel extreme master) which I am going to use in all 4 ram slots.
If the 212 evo doesn't can you suggest another cpu cooler that would give enough ram clearance.

Would there be a cheaper alternative due to the noctua being rather costly. Although I don't mind changing the mobo as I haven't ordered it yet

Thanks, but the only issue is that I'm in UK which leaves the second option but I don't really want to use water cooling as I'm a first time builder.do you think something like scythe shuriken would be small enough?
