Will Intel celeron dual-core E3200 2.4Ghz bottleneck Radeon HD 6570?

intel celerons are not that great at all more like pretty weak. an hd 6570 can be bottlenecked by that cpu. also what is you intension of doing with this setup? if you plan on doing some gameing then you can pretty much forget about it.
