I wanna make a gaming pc with a limited budget
For start I wanna use the asus b85 m-e csm mobo
Haswell i5 4430 ( im not planning to overlooking it )
No special cpu cooling system
8 gb 2x4gb corsair vengence
550 w psu
1 tb seagate barracuda hd
And later on im gonna buy the amd 7870 sapphire oc but now im stikking on the intel hd 4600
Any suggestions
And do I need a gaming tower or a normal one can work for the time

Nah as far as I can tell, that's a pretty good build. I'm not promising ultra settings on all gams though

You are good. haswell runs cool until it is heavily overclocked.
The stock cooler is fine.
You can put a M-ATX sized motherboard in most any non ITX case.
Look for one with two 120mm intake fans or better. That will insure plenty of cooling air whenever you upgrade to a strong graphics card.

My rule of thumb for a balanced gamer is to budget twice your cpu cost for the graphics card.

Certainly, for most games, the graphics card is most important. But, some games like BF3 multiplayer or FSX depend heavily on the cpu.
And... most of the time, but not always, 2 cores are sufficient.

When you add in anticipation of using stronger graphics cards in the future, it can pay to spend more up front for a more capable cpu.

Why do I want to know what is best 200$ gaming cpu if 230$ I can get 30% faster? Xeon is best buy cpu and any intel cpu can not beat that.

Best if you do not OC. And you need to OC i5 over 4.5GHz to beat this. Ant is not cheap. Needs expensive mobo + cooler.

This do not need. Only thing is missing is iGPU. So needs video card.

But gaming build need video card anyway so why pay over iGPU that you never use

Xeon is lot cooler cpu so it is really easy to build quiet build.

Im going for the haswell cpu because of the integrated gpu because im not buying a gpu now so it will be better than the xeon
Im thinking about the gigabyte g1-gz case which has 4 120 mm fans because I will get a strong gpu later on what do you think guys ?
