I recently installed a new graphics card. I have an 1080p monitor , 2GB of RAM and a 750Watt PSU. I used a VGA to DVI adapter to fit my monitor. some part of the screen on monitor will be shaking while playing game, why will this happen? How can I solve this problem? Please help and teach me.
