Help with Wattage/Voltage!

It should work fine, although you may need to get a wall plug adapter for the PSU power cable if it doesn't match your needs (or get a different cable that has the proper plug). The PSU is listed as being a "universal input" design meaning it will work off of any line voltage anywhere in the world.
There will be NO wattage difference regardless of whether it is plugged in to USA power or UK power.

it is universal it detects the voltage so no need to worry for compatibility.90-260 volts.
the thing to worry if what system you have and is this wattage enough.
it can output 430 watt.what system do you have?

what voltage does it say on the box of the monitor?
if you want a adapter you can buy one from any electronic store available near you.universal adapters like this will do the job.

if your display is 110 volts then you will need a transformer to convert the voltage from your power outlet to the voltage the supply needs to run if you plug it in and voltage is not correct you will damage the monitor.the psu has no problem it is universal.

with consumer electronic devices, many times they will only work in the country they were designed for. Here in the USA, our wall outlets provide 110-120 VAC @ 60 Hz.....I believe in the UK and Europe, they have 220-240 VAC @ 50 Hz. There is a good possibility that you will NOT be able to plug them straight into your wall outlet without them being damaged. You will need to look for a UK to USA power converter (NOT the same as a power supply for a computer).

So what shall I do, But it says they work from 100V - 240V range that's good? Wouldn't I just need a USA to UK plug?

OK, then all you will need is US to UK plug adapters for them. Also be sure to read your manual/documentation to insure there is not a switch that needs to be set to change from US (110VAC) operation to UK(220VAC) operation.

you wont have a problem just buy a universal adapter like this
