how do i know what settings to change on the bios here are my pc components. i am using this pc for gaming

Setting optimized defaults in BIOS sets most everything up for you. After that look at your memory and you might have to set it up to get the advertised speed. A lot of the newer memory sets up automatically now. Just check it to be sure.
