If I get the same FPS running any graphics setting for BF4, but my FPS only changes when there are changes in the server map size, what component of my computer should I upgrade? I'm thinking RAM, but I'm not sure. Any help would be really appreciated.

I would say that my Q9550 struggled on high density maps, i.e. 64 player TDM in BF3, my 3570K resolved that on the same card.
