With a good CPU you should have no issues.

It is an Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU @2.40GHz. Would you think that is good enough?

You will have a CPU bottleneck, especially when playing 48/64 player servers.

So what exactly would that do. Would it cause FPS drop or would it just be laggy all the time? I'm not to sure how bottlenecking affects gameplay, I know sorta what is is, I just was wondering how it affects the gameplay.

A CPU bottleneck will cause the FPS to drop and the game to lag or become glitchy. You will need to overclock or buy a new motherboard and a faster CPU to completely eliminate the issue.
