Help Upgrading Stock Parts

I am looking to upgrade my CPU, motherboard, and memory, spending up to about 200$ on all. I originally had this stock pc but have upgraded the power supply to a OCZ 550w and the graphics card to a radeon 6770. I would now like to upgrade the rest of my computer, outside of the case as I don't really care about looks. Right now this is what I am looking:

I'm pretty sure these will all work together but don't know if any of the options are optimal. Any help would be appreciated.

Okay so the cpu that sosofm linked will work with the motherboard I linked correct? And the cpu I linked will work with the motherboard that sosofm linked? Is there an advantage to go AM3+ over FM2 or vice versa?
