My Sapphire HD7870 2GB OC GHz Edition card is connected to my TV via an HDMI cable, and very often it drops sound for 1 or 2 seconds while the video is fine (whether I watch DVDs, or stream Netflix for example).
I didn't have this issue before the video card when I used to connect my MOBO's (Asus Gryphon Z87) HDMI out to the TV.
This must be a card problem. Any suggestions as what could be causing it? Anyone else has had this problem?
