Installed new motherboard - Won't shut down

I got a new motherboard, MSI Mpower Z77. Got it all installed and booted it up; I am using it right now actually.

But when I shut down, the screen loses signal (like normal), but the system itself does not turn off, it just runs. I left it running for at most 5 minutes. And nothing happens. I can shut it down by holding the power button for a few seconds, but besides that it won't won't shut down by itself.

Please help!

I am considering clean installing Windows 7. But I will wait to see what you guys say.

Darn! I was hoping I could get by... I saw some where successful with and without clean installing.

I was in the process of doing that. Installed one which required a restart. Tried doing that. And that's how I found my problem.

Installing drivers was a no go.... Clean installed and it seems to be working alright. Thanks anyways.
