I was wondering if someone could help me out, I'm building a gaming PC for the first time in my life. I need to know if these components are compatible with each other.

i would go with Radeon graphics for an AMD cpu, i may be mistaken, but i believe there is a compatibility with AMD CPU's and GPU's.

a radeon card with the same capabilities would be the R9-280x or HD7970 GHz edition. i've heard that the Sapphire R9 280x Toxic edition is quite badass!

otherwise it looks like a great system! i'm running much of the same hardware myself
