Does CF'ing Two 7850's beat a single GTX 770?

So I'm buying my parts and thinking about CF'ing two 7850's for much less than a single GTX 770. So will 2 Gigabyte 7850 2GB cards beat a single Gigabyte GTX 770?

I used this case for one of my previous builds and I noticed that the Gigabyte cooling is a bit too long to fit in this case
(?)

Edit: Now that I checked the 7850 is 241mm long and the case supports VGA cards up to 270mm :)
