Case fan speed?

Hello I just recently built a new PC. My case is the Silverstone Raven RV02. The case has 3 fan controllers on the top for the huge 3 fans at the bottom. There are two options on the fan controller either high or low. When I put it on high the system is very noisey. The only thing I like is that I can be sure my case is getting the best cooling possible but I am afraid that this will shorten to life of the fans and the fans on the system are very unique and a huge selling point for me so I want to make them last as long as possible. Should I just keep them on the low setting? I also have an h80i cooling the cpu and a reference gtx 780 non overclocked. My motherboard is an MSI- z87-GD65 gaming motherboard. I'm worried that when playing a game the heat will rise up and I won't even notice it. So to be on the safe side I always have it on full blast. What should I do?

I pretty much always leave mine on low since the 3 of them do a great job filling the case up with air. You really don't have to worry about the fans though, they're only like $20 each in case you have to replace them, and since you have a reference blower cooler GTX780, you have absolutely nothing to worry about as the cooler will always have breathing room, and will always expel heat outwards. There's very little you can do (short of covering the fans) that will neuter the air cooling capabilities of the case.

No, keep them on low if you want because if your cpu is cooled by a h80i it will not overheat, plus if your GPU is not OCed then that wont generate too much heat. If you have 3 big fans then it should be fine. Even though, if i were you i would put 1 on high and the other 2 on low when gaming. Just too be sure. Other than that there is absolutely nothing to worry about, plus putting the Fan settings on high wont really shorten the lifespan of the fans anyway.

It's not that simple. Cause the fan controllers are under a plastic cover which is not very convenient to remove. So I just want to have a set speed so I could just leave it at that and never have to bother with it again

You could always just do the work yourself and experiment by benchmarking with both fan speed settings to see how they perform, but I'll save you the work by telling you again, you DON'T need to have it on high if you don't want, with a close-loop water cooler and a blower-style GPU cooler, the fans at low already provide far more airflow than you need.

OK then, just set them all to low. Your Case will stay cool anyway and will cool all of your components properly.
