You probably won't be able to run it well, but even so we have no way of knowing as Rockstar has still made no indication of a PC port as of yet.

you need a good Quad Core CPU . you will be able to run it at low - med settings ! GTA is CPU intensive game . so think about jumping to i5

you will be able to run it better than an xbox or ps3 for sure (xbox gpu is same as GTS 8600). Just play on low and youll probably get like 40FPS.
