PC Graphics Vs. PC Graphics [Opinions}

First off, I am looking for peoples opinions on which is better. I want to know if the PS4 graphics will be close to PC graphics. I know that the Xbox 360 played games such as BF3, at the quality of medium settings on a PC. Will playing on the PS4 be similar to high-ultra graphics? Or will it be like playing on medium.

Please do not provide bias opinions on which is better OVERALL. I am only looking for graphic performance,

Think it that way as it happened with PS3. The first games on PS3 were looking superb. During the first 2 years PS4 is going to be the " high to ultra " graphics compared to pc. After the 2 years as pc will evolve much and newer and cheaper gpu will be available then think the PS4 graphics as the medium to high of a decent PC. Consoles have a standard hardware, the first years gonna be cutting edge, after 2 years will be OK and after 5 years they will look like the ps3 and x360 look near a modern day pc.
