I recommend you the MSI 660 twinfrozr, beacause of the better cooling. In performance the cards are equal.

Non reference cooler means that its cooler is not based on the reference design and the cooler is made by the companies so that the card perform to their max while they try to increase the clock a bit or increase the VRAM.

Your link to the msi does not work for me.
I assume it is a frozr.
I would differ and pick the EVGA unit with the stock direct exhaust cooler.
Your case does not have great cooling. You will be better off with a cooler that gets the vga heat out of the case directly.
