Need a new PSU, suggestions sought

I'm looking for a new PSU around 600 watts. Hoping to spend around $50. Wanting something quieter, sturdy, and solid. Don't need modular as price is more important to me. Non sli/crossfire system. Any suggestions?

Will be running:
MSI 7850 2gb vid card
AMD FX 6300
16gb 1600mhz ram
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-D3
SSD and regular HDD's

I figure system should run on a 500 watt and just want a little extra room something around a 600 watt would handle incase future non crossfire upgrades.

I should have mentioned I'm looking at prices not considering mail in rebates. To often they are such a drama or rebate cards and such.

Looking like maybe that Seasonic 620W 80+ Bronze may be what am looking for.
