I am so sorry to be a complete dunce about this stuff but here I go again.
We have successfully installed the SSD with Win7 and plugged the HDD back in. Now all of the games, etc (except for OS) are on the HDD. How does my son play them?? Can't figure this out and reading all the forums is just confusing me more. Also the internet can no longer be found! HELP!!!

Solution

1. You need to install all the drivers, especially the ethernet adapter driver

2. Games - a couple of different options.
If Steam games, you can reinstall the Steam client on the SSD, and in the Options, tell it where those games currently reside.
For other games, I suggest just a reinstall.

The website of whoever makes the motherboard.
Or if a prebuilt PC (Dell/HP/etc), whoever made it.
