Are my internet speeds too low?

Hi,

so after a while of using this sky unlimited internet, i asked my friends who live in the same area with the same internet and according to my sky hub my speeds should be

Modem
ADSL Firmware Version A2pB023o.d20h
Modem Status Up
DownStream Connection Speed 13309
UpStream Connection Speed 852
VPI 0
VCI 38

But when i actually try to do anything, or even do a speedtest i am barely hitting 9mb/s download, and 0.7mb/s upload.

Is there a way of me increasing my internet speeds in anyway, such as ringing sky up and complaining or anything at all?

Try plugging in directly to the BT master test socket, and you only need wires 2 and 5 connected, Filters don't last forever try swapping it with your mates and connect with a lan cable not WiFi!

Your upload is probably about correct but you should be getting 10/11mbps do you get higher speed after 12pm? Your cable could just be longer than his or on a different street cab.
