Please help whit my M5A97 R2.0

Hi,
I have Asus M5A97 r2.0 whit old bios...

I read few comments on web,and se,if I update BIOS,i can brick my motherboard...

Can anyone say me how I can safe update BIOS?
Need new bios for FX 8320...i before haved M2N68 plus,and I updated BIOS whit EZ flash tool...

Can i use EZ flash tool in M5A97 R2.0 for safe update BIOS?

And if this process stop for any reason,can i back BIOS?

Or to use USB Flashback?Or AlSuite II uttitle?

Please help me...

I have that exact mobo, get a memory stick, go to the asus website @ http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97_R20/#support_Download, the correct bios for your os and save it as this: "M5A97R20.cap". Put the usb in the rear green bios port and hold down the bios flashack for 3 secs until a flashing light appears. Wait till it goes out and ur done!! Source: MANUAL!!! ALL OF IT!!!

ok,but if i brick,or damage bios,i cant back?

ok,i will be try....I hope this will be work..

On old M2N68 PLUS,EZ flash Utility good working...

Do I need to unplug my RAM,VGA and CPU?
