how to stop stuttering on bf4

Hello,Everytime i play battlefield 4, it stutters very badly and i get fps drops,occasionally. i just bought bf4, thinking my computer is able to run it as i got 80-90 frames on bf3 on medium low graphics and on bf4 i can get 60-80 frames, but it stutters, ive updated my graphics card and my in game settings are at the lowest graphics,someone please help.

My System details;
Windows 7 64 bit
AMD 6300 six core processor
16384MB ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti

Being able to run BF3 and being able to run BF4 are 2 different things. They are built on different engines. The 650 is a weak card for BF4. Also the 6300 is a decent 6 core but not the greatest for something like BF4. If switching servers doesnt fix your stuttering. I stutter sometimes, but I switch servers and I play fine. If finding a server you dont stutter on doesnt work, upgrade your hardware.

thanks, ill try differnet servers, atm i dont have the money to upgrade
