It came with my coolermaster 342 case. PSU model number is - TM-420-PSAR-13. The ratings are as shown below:
+3.3V - 20A
+5V - 12A
+12V1 - 10A
+12V2 - 13A
-12V - 0.3A
+5Vsb - 2.5A

I'm new to this kind of stuff so any help would be much appreciated.

The key spec to look at in a psu is the wattage output of the 12v rails since this is the power source for the cpu and gpu. The psu you have has 2 12volt rails one with 10Amps and the other with 13Amps. The wattage from them is 302 watts ((10A+13A)x12Volts). This is ok for a 7750 or 7770 is the cpu is not too power hungry or overclocked and you do not have lots of case fans or drives. You psu is not very high quality so you may want to replace it with you have more money.

My cpu is an amd a10 5800k apu (not overclocked) and i have 2 fans (one cpu and the other a case fan). I don't have any money to spend on a new psu because i will end up spending double for both a psu and then a discrete graphics card, but I do have the money to purchase something like a 7750 or 7770 only.
