Yes those will work, slowly, be better looking for a set of 1600/9, the set you show is 1600/11 and can get better performance from 1333/9

I originally have Crucial Ballistix Sport 16 GB 1600 CL9, I thought this Corsair Ram would be better, and I thought 1600 was better than 1333??

The higher the CL (11 in this case) the slower the DRAM, the CL (11) tells you how many clock cycles it takes for the DRAM to perform an action, so if you were to consider each clock cycle then it would take 11 seconds to perform and action that sticks with CL9 can do in 9 seconds....and yes 1600 is 'faster' but moving data 11 seconds vs the the 1333 at 9, means the 1333 is moving more data in smaller chunks faster than the 1600 is in bigger chunks
