I have a HD 7750 low profile graphics card, I heard that this card is very power efficient and small, so I bought it to upgrade from the APU graphics. When I installed it, I looked for the it in the device manager to install drivers for it. But it was not there, is there other factors determining that if a graphics card works with your computer or not? (I already know about PCI Express, PSU, and size)

I'll suggest taking it out and reseating it, making sure the spur locks into place as a first step
Shouldn't be any real tricks to it but, if it does not show in hardware manager, put in the driver disk that came with it, search out .ini files on the disk and attempt to run each one. You may get an error, "Hardware not found", simply try the next ini file. You should be able to 'force' the driver that way

Thanks for replying, What do you mean by spur? My PCI Express looks like this: http://puu.sh/572Fm.jpg
And how do I know if the card is in all the way? I tried pushing it down but I fear my motherboard will bend and break.

There really is no "tried and true" method to ensure the graphics card is all the way in - mostly experience but you can attempt to visually check that it looks to be in the slot evenly (one side not obviously higher). It may take more force to put in than you expect but do not force it beyond what you are comfortable with.
Try the drivers then...
