Computer freezing/restarting a lot

Here recently, my computer has been freezing/restarting by itself a lot. It will even BSOD on me. I don't know the first place to look to figure out what's causing this problem. The only thing I have done was change my RAM out.

I went from 8GB of RAM back down to 4GB because I heard normally a BSOD results in a bad RAM stick. I never had a BSOD while on the 4GB ram. However, the BSOD is still occurring along with the freezing and restarting.

Like I said before, I honestly don't know where to start looking to find the problem. Any help would be appreciated! I will list my specs below.

OS: Win7 64
MOBO: 890GXM-G65
CPU: AMD FX6200 (six-core processor)
RAM: 4GB G.Skill
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 Ti
PSU: Xigmatek 600W NRP-PC605

No. I am not OC'ed in the slightest. I don't know how to do it and don't want to risk damaging anything.

Just curious, what is that supposed to do? And my PC just BSOD right before I replied to this.

Legenda in Aeternum
Amd has weak MCs (memory controllers), so one often has to increase the DRAM and/or the MC voltage to help them carry the DRAM - the FX CPUs actually have a native 1333 MC according to AMD's own BIOS and Kernel Programming Guide, the 8xxx CPUs were basically OCed in order to be able to take 2 sticks of 1866, which is all they are rated for, according to their freq guide, FX chips are rated UP TO 1866 AT 1 DIMM PER CHANNEL

http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/ddr3memoryfrequencyguide.aspx

Many of the lower (non-8xxx) chips even have trouble with 1600 at 2 sticks

How do I go about increasing these values the safest way?

I have edited the values. I should note, all the values you wanted me to change were less than the original values. Is that good?

I should also note, the only time I experience the BSOD, freezing, restarts, is when I'm gaming (which I do a lot of).

The values were set to "[Auto]". And I had to go down in the value to achieve what you told me to change. And no, I haven't updated the BIOS. The last time I tried I screwed up and had to buy a new mobo (the one I'm using now).

Nothing has happened so far. I installed BlueScreenView so the next time it does happen (if it does), I can see what's causing the problem.
