struggling to pick my new computer case

I have a huge problem I can't decide on my first case...

I am using a coolermaster Seidon120m as a cpu cooler

I have the narrowed it down to three cases
1. Corsair 500r
2. Corsair C70
3. Fractal design define R4

They are all really good looking cases and have certain things there good for
The corsair 500r and the C70 because of the extremely gd airflow possibilities.
The fractal especially because of the sound dampening.

What do people think would I should go for and for what reason. Because I'm struggling to find the reasons why I should go for one

Your cooler will have no issue with your choice of cases. I personally have the Define R4 and its a gorgeous case and its build like a tank. The side panel alone weighs in at almost 5 lbs, once the system is built the entire case and components may weigh in at almost 40 lbs.
Everything about the case IMHO is prefect and suits my needs.

Please note that I'm not using a water cooling solution at the moment.

Overall, with your choice of cases, it comes down to personal preference.

I think I'm going to go for the fractal because it is silence optimized but is there a great difference in sound dampening performance (noticeable difference?) if I go for the windowed version??

I have the window versioned of the case and three 140mm case fans running at 12v plus the stock Intel i7 3770K cpu fan and its still quiet. The case itself is on the floor next to my feet. Every now and then if I render video I can hear the CPU fan spool up but compared to my older server case with less fans which chatters constantly; its really quiet. There are times when I lean over just to make sure the fans in the case are actually running - lol.
IMHO there is no case out there that provides 100% silence.
Overall, I'm totally satisfied with this case and would recommend it in a heartbeat!
