As I was looking for components for a new build, I wanted to pick the GTX680, but then came across the MSI N760 TF 2GD5/OC, which uses the GTX760 chipset.

What are the differences between the cards and why is the MSI N760 TF 2GD5/OC €200 cheaper than the GTX680?

Because the GTX760 is not as fast as the 680, or the 670 for that matter.

No. You're getting confused between 760 and 770. GTX 680 is 770 now and 670 is 760 now

The 760 is newer, slightly slower, and a much better value.

The GTX760 falls between the 660ti and the 670 as far as performance goes. The 660ti has a 192bit memory bus, where the 760, 670 and 680 have a 256bit memory bus. The 670 still has more streaming processors than the 760
