Should I upgrade my GPU for BF4 from 660 ti? If so what is the best card for Ultra and > 60 FPS. FX-8350 oc'd to 4.7

Hello
I have a pretty decent rig (in my eyes), but I don't know if I should upgrade now or wait to keep my rig on the cutting edge. I played BF4 on High settings at like 70 fps with sometimes spikes to 20 fps. I want to get the best performance. I have a oc'd fx 8350 to 4.7 ghz, a r2 sabertooth 990 mobo with h60 water cooling, 750 watt psu, and the 660 ti with windows 8.1 pro. Should I upgrade my GPU to something better, or should I go with an AMD card so I can take advantage of the mantle, and the cheaper price point, or stick with Nvidia.
Thanks

The 660Tis SLI very well together, it would be cheaper to do that than buy a new card. I am not sure but you should see performance above the 780. The 760 is the replacement for the 660Ti, I have seen benchmarks on a pair of them and they fall between a 780 and Titan, pretty nice performance.

The hottest deal in town today is the R9 290x @ $575 for ultra playing. If you want the cutting edge NV stuff wait until Nov 7th for the 780Ti @ $699, I saw some benchmarks today, it equals the 690 and 7990 in performance, it should handle anything for a long time in ultra :)

So is SLI good? I mean I heard that they say its better to go for a single gnu? I know that for example, the 2 gb vram won't add to 4, it'll still be 2. I was thinking maybe i can sell my 660 ti on ebay. what do you guys say?

amd is making their price/performance nearly linear with the 200s series so price performance of the 290 will be same as others

200 series still have no game bundle with it
290x seems to have its downsides too

you should atleast wait the bundle promotion that will.... someday come with the 200s

The 760 is a great card, funny after the AMD new releases it is no longer any good LOL. It is just as good as the 270x but more expensive, I wish they would drop the price $25 to make it closer. But it is still a great card for the price, compared to last year at this time it rocks for the money!

As an owner of the 760, it is pretty much on 7950 levels. I would just SLI the 660s it TBH.

It was a better value in my situation because if I wanted to run my 560 ti as a physX card with a 270/280x I would've needed to buy a new power supply. Even if I didn't the amd card would need a higher wattage one.

Hey guys just thought i could help. I just sli my 660 ti oc (evga and gigabyte versions) with an fx 8150 and a fatality 990 fx motherboard... here is my fraps logs. All settings are stock for cpu and graphics card and the graphics cards only have factory out of the box oc's. All tests were done on parcel storm multiplayer with around 20-30 players. Each run was a full match.... These cards scale very well in sli and especially on bf4 all runs done on 2xmsaa due to video memory bandwith of this card. I see no difference between 2 and 4 anyway.....
