Hi! I have the following system :
- Motherboard ASRock G31M-VS2
- Processor DualCore Intel Pentium D 830, 3000 MHz (15 x 200)
- Video card nVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
- Memory Kingston 2GB + an older memory(bought a few years ago) 1GB
- Windows XP SP3
- An older WDC HDD with 120GB storage.
The problem is that when i try to run pretty decent games like League of Legends, my game is loading slowly and i run the game with 20 fps at very low settings. I want to find out why is my pc performing so bad.

You just need a better PC. The one you have should go to a museum of history of computing

Yes he did. The one you have is old and slow. Simple as that.

If you want someone to buy you a new PC, then you should phrase your question accordingly.

In the current PC, you should change everything. Ok, maybe keep the DVD drive, and maybe the case.
HDD - old and slow
CPU - old and slow
GPU - old and slow
RAM - old, slow, and small

Change one part, and you have to change all of those. A new CPU requires a new motherboard requires new RAM. Then you may as well change the GPU, because otherwise that would then be the weak sister.
Oh, and you need a new PSU to power all of that.

Hey, look...you just made a new PC.
