hi i have a phenom2 x4 965be overclocked from 3.4 to 3.9ghz with coolermaster hyper tx3 with two 92mm fans two intake fans at the front 220mm side intake and two 120mm exhaust fans at the top on an inwin mealstrom case,my cpu idle temp is 34 currently thats with heating on in the room,and when gaming i get upto about 48c,are these good temps?

Those are great temps! You should be happy with the way it is doing. Nothing wrong with it at all. Infact, those are better than some computers can cool non-overclocked.
