I have a brand new H110 cooler for my cpu in the box. I also have a h100i that newegg boned me on during a return. the 100i has damaged wiring and is missing some hardware. Can I use the radiator/pump/fans to build a custom loop for a VGA cooler? What else would I need? Is it better to have split or combined cooling loops for vga/cpu? I have never done custom cooling so I am just wonding if what i have can be used or if it is just a loss.

also my case can fit 1 120x3or 2x140 on top 1 2x140 on front and 1 2x140 on bottom for radiators.

Nope, you have CLC coolers which cant be (without modding, and you wouldn't want too for various reasons) pulled apart for their components. If you want a custom loop, then you need to buy custom loop components.
