Fan for watercooler rad

Hi.
Im currently using a Coolermaster seidon 120, with stock fan. On an AMD 6350 to be honest its pretty loud under load, so I was wondering wich fan to get?

1: "Corsair SP120 quiet edt.
2: "Corsair SP120 high pre. Edt.
also im not sure about, if the "quiet edt." Is able to keep the CPU cooled down?

Use the Quiet edition, the SP means Static Pressure (layman's terms, how hard the air is being pushed), which is what you want for a radiator/heatsink fan.
The performance or AF series is optimized for AirFlow (pure CFM or how much air moves per minute), which is useful in a free airflow environment like a case fan.

I know all that but my question was will the quiet edt. be able to fully cool down the CPU, when the stock fan that came with the cooler was a lot more powerfull in terms of CFM

CFM when on a heatsink or radiator isn't whats important, but Static Pressure. That and its also a question of how loud it is.
