Just made a final edit, and yes this should max skyrim easily, if you added a few dozen graphical mods though, then probably high settings would be manageable

Switching everything to newegg made it a bit more expensive...

yes the 4670k cpu is great but if you go amd get 8320 and ram 1866 no less can get a cheap z87 mobo or if you go amd get 990fx any 1 i like asus msi and biosatr can be good i also like kingston and gskill ram from 1333 and 1866and the what other guy had you can get a 7950for good price if you look
 
You could look into a cheaper case if you want to :D
