Hello, I'm putting another system together and I want to know how I update my BIOS before dropping in my 4820K into the ASUS Rampage IV Gene, or if it is just worth saving the trouble and getting a 3820. So far the specs are:
BitFenix Prodigy M (with modded acrylic window)
ASUS Rampage IV Gene
CPU???
EVGA GTX 770 ACX
Corsair RM750
G.SKILL 16GB 1866MHz
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD
Windows 8.1
Be Quiet! Dark Rock 2 CPU Cooler
As you can see I'm putting together quite an awesome little machine for both gaming and editing so I want the best CPU for the money, any help will be much appreciated.
