how do you think for this spec? but i'm not sure about this build
my budget is around of this spec.. i cant afford higher budget than this spec :)) (i will not overclocking)
i need a computer that is good for design graphic (not video editing or 3D) and good for gaming also (dota 2 & PES)..
have any better suggestion for this spec?

for design im guessing things like photoshop and if its photoshop then yes youre all right with a 7770 but if you could spend 10$ more and get the 7790, you will get more FPS and make pictures and stuff easier. Also the 7850 which is 115$ Is super easy to overclock, just lettin you know

why get 650 ti? it's more expensive here.
what makes it better than 7770? :)
LG 19en33v is around 93$ in my country.

Well its the TI version of the 650 which makes it a worthy opponent of the 7770. Is a bit faster and more expensive unfortunately. Also I think the 7790 is 100$ and its better than the 650TI and cheaper. The 650 TI BOOST is faster than the 7790 though buts its 150$.

do i need better graphic card for design (no render video & 3D) or gaming (dota2 & pes) ?? or 7770 is good enough for my need??
it's quite confusing for me because i have limited budget..
