You need to optimize your wireless network. If you get a good wired connection, use it if at all possible. If you must use wireless, download and install the free Home version of inSSIDer from HERE to see what channels and strengths are around you. Many things can interfere with wireless, including other users in your home streaming video. Select the least used channel from 1, 6, and 11.

If using a wired connection won't work for you, consider a dual band router and adapter and use the 5GHz, or look at the new powerline adapter from Zyxel (PLA5205kit) -- expensive but low latency and averages 120Mbps on all my connections that only ran 30Mbps with the previous PLA4205kit.

Hard to follow your logic with that short post, but I will accept your assessment if you are convinced that it is your pc. If so, the first step (although it may sound a little radical) that I would use to save time on trying to chase down an impossible fix would be to backup key stuff and then do a repair installation, that will save your programs and data. THIS is the procedure for Windows 7. If you have "updated" to 8 you are on your own since it still has its growing pains intact. :)

That was my last resort but i found a fix for me its obviously because of a program that i dont know about but anyways i just ctrl+alt+delete and went to task manager then processes then just exited all the processes that would not shut down my pc and it works! im fine with having to do this every time i boot up its pretty simple and makes pc a bit faster! thanks for the replys AND i know my grammar sucks!
