Which is best H77 motherboard of following:

Asus P8H77-M LE

Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H

I have to replace with my old motherboard due to no display with processor i3-3210, Ram Gskill F3-12800CL9D-4CBXL, HDD Model : ST1000DM003, PSU: Seasonic S12II 430W, Operating System : Windows 8.1 64bit (Upgrade from Windows 8)

if you already installed windows, getting the exact model as your old one means you won't have to do an re install

This z77 is actually really cheap with instant discount and MIR

Used it before and its pretty good

Out of the two above the gigabyte is more flexible with 4 dimm slots but the ASUS is cheaper, both are good boards, the ASUS being cheaper

The exact model is very law end H61, and once RMAed means not better re-use. For windows I will manage through Skype.

No OC or game, so Z77 not required.

the z77 is cheap though, close in price tot he h77 you mentioned, why not get it then?

If going Z87 look at the Asus Z87-A a little more or even the Z87-K, wouldn't touch MSI mobos, poor QC

OP is reusing his 1155 i3

I do agree that MSI quality has gotten worse of late though not significantly so, RMA rates 2%higher iirc

I've run all sorts of MSI boards, only the Z77a-gd55 has given me trouble

That's why I said poor QC, I get more problem calls on their mobos, than any 2 other manufacturers put together, they may well arrive alive, but then often 30-60 days down the road ports go bad (SATA, ethernet, USB) Dram slots, PCI-E slots go bad - their sales have been and continue to slip going back to around 2009, ASRock passed them for third in over all sales in 2010 I think (and has just continued to increase the distance in total sales).
