I was thinking about making a mini-itx build with a case that has two fans, and a thermaltake water 3.0 extreme AIO cooler. The problem is that the motherboard only has 1 CPU header and 1 chassis fan header. How would I be able to plug everything together? My guesstimate is that I would plug the chassis fans into the PSU or a fan controller and the pump into the chassis fan header on the motherboard (does the pump for the extreme 3.0 need to be constantly powered 100%? Because if so couldn't I then plug the pump into the PSU?) And the fans on the radiator into the CPU header. This would be my first build so that's why I don't know what to do...

Yes i would connect the Rad fans and Pump to Motherboard (Should have adapters to connect the two fans together and then to the 4 Pin CPU header and then the Pump should plug into the other one) Then any other Fans you have in the case just use the Molex to 3 Pin adapter on. This way you can use the software and adjust the fans and pump speeds to how hot the CPU is.
