Still the amps/watts on the 12voltrail(s) would be nice, this info you will find at a sticker on the side of the psu, open your case for that.
Info about having a pcie connector would also be nice.

I understand that and it's up to you but what i propose has to do with the following,

If you want this a hd 5670 won't be that good,a 7750 would already be better. You could take a look at the following video's and make up your mind,
for the hd 5670,
https://www.google.nl/#q=bf3+hd+5670
for the hd 7750,
https://www.google.nl/#q=bf3+hd+7750

I don't know what you can...

For which cpu's your mobo supports,
http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=370#cpu
i woukl go for the top one,but that could mean a bios update.
I would also go for the 4gb of ram.

About what you can buy is al up to that budget?? And where...

I wouldn't go for a hd 5670.If that has something to do with your psu i would rather choose the hd 7750,but if that's in your budget i don't know.

I would change the psu probably anyway. With a corsair builder cx 430 watt or something like that you could already go a long way.And by that i mean with the gpu, like the gtx 650 TI boost for instance or the hd 7850.

What psu is in your pc? Maker/model/total wattage/amp or watts on the 12Volt line.

i would like the cheapest quad core and gpu for that psu and motherboard..coz i would like to play modern games..im only 16 so i guess buying 2nd hand is an option so "cheapest would be great". sorry 4 my bad english

I don't know what you can afford,so in the end buy what you can pay for.

For that you will have to look yourself, where you live.
