Hey guys ,
I just got a new Water Cooling system into my rig : Antec Kuhler 620
I was just wondering because my core temps are from 39-50 under load and 30 idling . Is it suppose to be like that ? i checked out other forums and reviews saying they got a idle temp of 20celcius and 30-40 under load .. just kinda curious . I have no overclock my i5-3570K yet its still at default settings . May i know whats the first step of overclocking ? Is it essential running Prime95 or any other stress test first ?

Stress testing is not really "essential" but it is helpful to see if your system is stable at a new OC.

I would recommend that you Google i5 3570k Overclocking with your MB in the title and read, read, and read some more. There...

You may want to D/L and install Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. It is very handy to use to adjust your clock without rebooting and going into the BIOS.

What is your ambient temp? 70*C. seems a little on the warm side, but definitely a safe temperature. How did you apply heat sink compound?

What MB do you have? What memory?
