Bought a new computer everything works like a charm no problems except for the face that i have an HDMI cord hooked directly from my graphics card straight to my TV with displays 1080p. The card is a nvidia 760 refrence card. It is currently set to 1360X1980(or something similiar to that im not sure because i am currently at work) on the Native automatic setting. When i try to switch to 1080P HD the screen comes up but is very blurry the graphics are not as nice and it just wasnt what i was expecting. Any thoughts on this?

Hi,
If you're using the regular (non-PC) HDMI input then your problem is likely that you didn't adjust the settings using the HDTV setup in the NVidia Control Panel.

Make sure the NVidia drivers are fairly current.

There should be multiple settings and it sounds like you want THIS one:
1080pNTSC_60

Apply that and you might need to adjust the scaling a bit, I forget what it's called. You'll see something onscreen to help with arrows in the corner etc.

AUDIO:
If you have no audio you may need to change the Playback Device to NVIDIA.

Are you sure the TV natively supports 1080p and not just 1080i? Also, have you tried to update your drivers?
