8.1 Reinstall help pls

Hello upon upgrading from windows 7 , too 8.1. Ive been getting alot of bluescreens while gaming and just watching youtube, or even browsing the net.

I purchased a windows 8 key only.

Is there a disc i can buy from microsoft that i can reinstall my windows with?

I don't understand, how did you purchase a windows 8 key only without the actual accompanying Windows 8 OS?

Please re-read what you wrote:

So allow me to rephrase the question; do you have the Windows 8 OS and the Windows 8 key together or are you asking for a Windows 8 recovery Disk?

I honestly don't understand your query.

Ive upgraded too windows 8.1 from win7. Im getting alot of bluescreens after the upgrade

As i upgraded with a product key only, is there a disc can buy from microsoft ? so i can do a fresh re install of win8

If you are not speaking French, then maybe I'm reading as French however I still don't understand how one can upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 without purchasing the upgrade OS along with the key. One cannot simply buy the Windows 8.1 key only and then pop into Windows 7 and pooof, you are now upgraded to Windows 8.1.

I too upgraded from Windows 7 to 8.1 however I had to purchase the upgrade to 8.0 first which also provided me with the accompanying 8 key.

If you are looking for a recovery Disk you may be able to download those from here.

If you do in fact have Windows 8 software, then perform a re-install.
