now I still got around 23% electricity in my battery,but it can't charge it... I have tried to remove the battery so my laptop don't even turn on... so I guess it's nothing wrong for my battery,btw there's light on my charger so I guess its no problem with my charger as well..... so what is the problem?

if the laptop wont run on ac power brick. check that the power pin on the back of the laptop not snapped or moving(broken soilder joint.). if the ac brick wires are twisted...could be a broken wire or bad ac brick. see if someone has another brick to test with.
